High above the beaches of Santa Cruz, a mountain-top retirement retreat was designed and constructed to take advantage of the 360-degree views of the Monterey Bay National Marine Sanctuary and the majestic Santa Cruz mountains surrounding Mt. Loma Prieta. The stunning views are only enhanced by the light footprint the building leaves on the environment.
Designed by Thatcher and Thompson Architects in Santa Cruz, the Iuliano residence was constructed with sustainable energy as a cornerstone of the design philosophy.
